  • Includes all elements of Essential Review, plus unlimited consultation sessions and extended reviews of your contract for up to 12 months
  • Includes personalized analysis of MGMA data for your specialty and region, as well as information from our internal proprietary compensation database to compare your contract terms and financial package (relocation reimbursement, signing bonus, compensation, bonus structure, vacation, CME, collection ratios, wRVU's, etc.)
  • Includes negotiation coaching: consultant will provide tips and tactics for negotiating with your employer
